Supporting Our Mission

Linda and Jim Hamm truly appreciate the McCallum Theatre! They attend performances throughout the season, and Jim participates as a member on both the Theatre's Foundation Board and Planned Giving Committee.

But most importantly, they are philanthropists. Linda and Jim are supportive of the McCallum Theatre's mission and have designated a ONE MILLION DOLLAR estate gift in support of the Theatre's endowment, with a significant portion being designated to the McCallum Theatre Institute, the Theatre's arts education division. Now they are members of the Legacy Circle.

According to Jim and Linda, "We make our philanthropic decisions with much forethought. What we like about the McCallum Theatre Institute is the focus on children and the positive impact arts education has on their total development. We understand the pronounced impact the McCallum Theatre Institute conveys by offering exceptional arts education programs to more than 40,000 schoolchildren a year throughout the Coachella Valley. We are secure in knowing we are investing in future generations."
